The course is eligible for funding under the Qualification Opportunities Act by the Employment Agency. Additionally, it can be supported through the European Social Fund. New funding programs are expected to be available from autumn 2024. We will be happy to inform you once these funds can be applied for.

Communication in Nursing - Job-specific German B1-B2
We offer specialized language instruction tailored for healthcare professionals with a migration background who already possess basic knowledge of German grammar but wish to improve their communication skills in everyday situations. At level B1, you will be able to understand factual information on everyday or job-related topics in elderly and healthcare and recognize the main points and specific details.

Course Highlight
The course operates on a rolling system. Enrollment is available monthly. For new registrations, a minimum booking of three months is required. Cancellations for the following month are possible up to the 15th of the current month.

 

Our course offering is aimed at healthcare professionals with a migration background who already have basic knowledge of German grammar (at least A2 level), hold a recognized qualification in a nursing profession, and need or wish to acquire B1 or B2 level professional language skills for their job. We also aim to reach employers who want to further train their nursing staff with this program.

Our nursing school is easily accessible and centrally located at Elberfelderstr. 84, 58095 Hagen. Soon, you will find us at our new, modern Health Campus in the old Schraubenfabrik. Here, learning will take place in a unique atmosphere.
