The counseling is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their resilience or who are experiencing burnout symptoms but do not know the underlying causes and may be unable to make changes.
What is Resilience? In occupational psychology, resilience refers to the degree of resistance and flexibility a person has under pressure and stress. If a person has low resilience, they can only manage tasks with increased effort, which can lead to quicker burnout and further decreased resilience.
The risk of serious psychological illness increases. Lack of resilience significantly promotes burnout symptoms. The problem is that these symptoms can manifest as emotional exhaustion over long periods (even years). Physically, everything may seem fine during this time. Prevention pays off and means paying increased attention to psychological factors in workplace practices.
Health management goes beyond just offering exercise and healthy eating options, which many companies already provide.

The focus of the counseling is on highlighting strengths to use them productively in constructing individualized solutions.
Solution-focused counseling involves recognizing and reinforcing the “positive differences.”
The emphasis is not on solving problems in the traditional sense but rather on each person’s desires and goals.
