You work in healthcare and have several years of professional experience but lack a formal qualification? With an external examination, you can obtain a professional certification even without formal training. We will prepare you thoroughly for the external examination for state-recognized nursing assistant certification and support you until you achieve your qualification.
With our preparation course, including the final examination, we offer you the opportunity to acquire up-to-date knowledge in general nursing care and to prepare for the exam content through exercises and reviews.
The generalist nursing assistant certification combines the previous one-year training programs in healthcare and nursing assistance with elderly care. As a nursing assistant, you will be equipped to support nursing professionals in fulfilling their caregiving tasks and to perform nursing measures correctly under appropriate supervision.
Our modular preparation course allows for personalized entry with flexible schedules.
The course begins with the Basic Course. Over 4 weeks, you will learn the fundamentals of general nursing care on our interactive learning platform. You can conveniently access and study the basic concepts and terminology of general nursing care from home via our interactive platform.
You will start with our Basic Course: Generalist Nursing Care. Here, you have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with fundamental concepts and engage with the new generalist nursing training through our interactive learning platform.
In our Basic Course, you will learn about the legal framework of nursing assistant training and understand the generalist approach in nursing education, including the relevant legal foundations. You will gain an initial insight into the core training content for elderly care, healthcare, and pediatric nursing.
Our interactive web-based learning platform allows you to conveniently study from home. The Basic Course spans 4 weeks, with a total of 16 instructional hours per week that you can schedule flexibly according to your own pace.

After successfully completing the Basic Course in Generalist Nursing Care, you will proceed to our modular Advanced Course for the External Examination, including the final exam.

In Module 1, we focus on targeted training to enhance your exam knowledge. During our in-person classes at the nursing school, we provide you with all the tools you need for your individual learning success. Our experts will be available to support you with advice and assistance throughout.
In this module, we focus specifically on exam cases and delve into the details.
Contents:
In Module 2, we intensively practice exam cases and prepare you individually for your written and oral final examinations. The emphasis is on case-based and competency-oriented work. This module includes the written and oral final exams, which you will complete at our nursing school.
The theory is complete—now it's time for practice. Before the practical exam, we simulate real-life scenarios in our Skills Lab.
Contents:
After passing the written and oral exams, the final step is the practical examination. In our Skills Lab, you will receive intensive preparation for the practical exam, which you will then successfully implement with your practical training provider. The practical exam will be conducted jointly with us at your employer or practical training site.
