Tips for Creating

  • 1. Cover Letter

    1. In your cover letter, please specify the desired training position, the start date of the training, the application date, and (if applicable) your current practical training provider.
    2. Additionally, please explain your personal reasons for choosing this career and describe your personal skills.

  • 2. Resume/Curriculum Vitae

    1. In tabular form
    2. Including details of your previous professional and educational background

  • 3. School Leaving Certificate

    1. The certificate must clearly indicate which school leaving qualification was obtained.
    2. If you obtained your school leaving certificate abroad, you will need a certificate of equivalence/recognition of the qualification from a German authority (further information on the recognition procedure can be found with the relevant district government).

  • 4. Training Certificate, if available

    1. If you have already completed a training program, you have the option to provide proof by sending the certificate.
    2. Please note that a previously completed training program may be a requirement for entry into the three-year nursing training program.

  • 5. Certificates, if available

    If you have acquired additional qualifications, you may provide proof by sending the relevant certificates.

  • 6. Proof of German language proficiency at B2 level, if the school leaving certificate was obtained abroad

    If you obtained your school leaving certificate abroad, we require proof of your German language proficiency at least at B2 level.
