Care assistants are required by § 43b of the Social Code Book XI (SGB XI) to participate in a 16-hour continuing education course at least once a year. The refresher course is designed to update knowledge in the field of nursing and caregiving and to exchange experiences from practical work.

 


Our 2-day refresher course is aimed at care assistants and everyday helpers according to §§ 43b, 53b, 53c SGB XI who are currently employed and whose training or last refresher course was completed no more than one year ago. It is also intended for nursing professionals who have been out of the workforce for an extended period and wish to re-enter the profession.
