During the training to become a nursing assistant, no tuition fees will be charged for the entire duration of the training. Therefore, the training is free of charge for you as a trainee.
For your employer, funding is available under the Qualification Opportunities Act of the Employment Agency. Additionally, the training can be funded up to 100% with an education voucher.

With a minimum of 700 hours of theoretical instruction and 950 hours of practical experience, you will be active in all relevant areas of nursing. Additionally, the language course consisting of 120 hours will take place three times a week.

Achieve Your B2 German Language Proficiency!
Our language support is specifically designed for aspiring healthcare professionals with a migration background. You will improve your German and learn the specialized language of nursing. Our experienced instructors will help you enhance your German speaking skills.

It also provides the opportunity to transition into a three-year nursing program to become a registered nurse.

You can enroll in our one-year Nursing Assistant training program if you meet the following criteria:
- Education: You must have at least a secondary school diploma (9th grade) or an equivalent qualification. Foreign certificates must be recognized.
- Language Proficiency: You should have at least a B1 level of German and be willing to achieve B2 proficiency with our support
- Physical and Mental Resilience: You need to have a certain level of physical and mental resilience to perform the nursing tasks effectively.
- Extended Background Check: An extended police clearance certificate is required to confirm your personal reliability and trustworthiness.
Upon completion of the training, you will have various opportunities. You can pursue the three-year training to become a qualified nurse or start working in various nursing fields.
