Our

1998 - The Roots of Our Company
In 1998, we laid the foundation for our company. Initially, our focus was on targeted consulting and support for start-ups, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
2004 - Aus- und Weiterbildung
With the aim of offering a broader range of educational programs, we became intensively involved in education and training starting in 2004.
2007 - Expansion of Services
To provide a more comprehensive service, in 2007 we added personnel placement, including recruitment and consulting, to our offerings.
2013 - Establishment of a Certified Training Provider
Our continuous expansion and commitment to promoting sustainable development in the field of nursing led to the establishment of a certified training provider in 2013. At that time, we focused on creating a labor market-oriented and individually customizable qualification structure.

2016 – Establishment of Aschke Seminare und Qualifizierung GmbH
In 2016, the "Aschke Seminare und Qualifizierung GmbH" was established. This marked the beginning of a continuous expansion of our training and qualification offerings. From the outset, our goal was to nurture potential and provide each trainee with individual paths and goals. Our development has always been characterized by adapting to the demands of the labor market, our cooperation partners, and our students.
2020 - Established of our own nursing school
The opening of our nursing school in 2020 marked a milestone in our educational concept. We were able to guarantee more personal successes for our students and simultaneously opened a new location in downtown Hagen.
2022 - Vision of the alten Schraubenfabrik
In 2022, the conversion of the Funcke & Hueck screw factory into a modern health campus began. In addition to spacious training rooms for the Aschke Nursing School, the health campus will also feature a hotel and dining area. Regular events will enhance the offerings. This will provide a unique environment for learning and teaching at the Aschke Nursing School: a feel-good oasis with a loft character, set amidst nature.

Since then, our teams from both companies have utilized their diverse potentials to realize our full-service concept. This is evident not only in our customized qualifications, training, and continuing education offerings but also in the successful integration and placement of our graduates in the job market.

Aschke Seminare und Qualifizierung GmbH has been a state-recognized educational institution certified according to AZAV and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2016. From the beginning, it has been important to us to offer a high level of quality in our qualifications, training, and continuing education programs.
