Since the implementation of the Nursing Profession Act on January 1, 2020, we have transformed our Institute for Nursing, Health, and Social Services in Hagen into a hub for training nursing professionals and nursing assistants. We have recognized the challenges of the ever-evolving nursing sector and are responding with an innovative approach to train qualified professionals and provide much-needed support to the labor market. Our focus is not only on imparting knowledge to future nurses but also on developing practical skills and fostering empathy.
