Welcome to our nursing school - Together for a better future in care!
Since the implementation of the Nursing Professions Act on January 1, 2020, we have transformed our Institute for Care, Health, and Social Services in Hagen into a hub for training nursing professionals and nursing assistants. We have recognized the challenges of the continually evolving care sector and respond with an innovative approach to train qualified professionals and provide much-needed support to the job market.
Generalist training for nursing professionals:
In October and November 2020, we launched the three-year generalist training program for nursing professionals. Our modern training facilities and excellent partner organizations provide the ideal framework for high-quality education.
Generalist training for nursing assistants
Since August 1, 2021, we have been offering the generalist training for nursing assistants. This innovative approach allows for a quicker entry into nursing education and replaces the previous one-year training programs. Here, you have the opportunity to shorten the three-year training to become a nursing professional.
Your future in nursing:
Our educational programs are up to 100% fundable, whether through an education voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or the Jobcenter, or under the Qualification Opportunities Act from the Employment Agency.
