During the training to become a nursing assistant, no tuition fees will be charged for the entire duration of the training. Therefore, the training is free of charge for you as a trainee.
For your employer, funding is available under the Qualification Opportunities Act of the Employment Agency. Additionally, the training can be funded up to 100% with an education voucher.

The training is a dual system. In addition to our school, you will need a practical training provider, which can be a hospital, a full-time/part-time residential care facility, or an outpatient facility.

The nursing training program is diverse and covers both theoretical and practical aspects to prepare you comprehensively for caring for people of all ages. The training is divided into the following components:
Theoretical Component
At our nursing school, you will learn everything necessary for your profession. You will gain knowledge in medical and nursing fields, and also explore social, ethical, communicative, and intercultural aspects. This preparation ensures you are well-equipped to care for individuals of all ages. You will learn to handle tasks based on professional knowledge and established nursing science principles, both effectively and independently.
Practical Component
In the practical training phase, you will integrate the knowledge acquired from both theoretical instruction and hands-on experience. You will develop and apply these skills in real-world settings. Experienced instructors and practical supervisors will be available on-site to support and guide you throughout this phase.
