Fit for the Job - Application and Interview Training in Individual Coaching

We will provide you with the key tips and tricks for job applications. A complete application portfolio and a well-prepared interview are often your ticket into a company. Besides the written application, the personal interview is particularly crucial for securing a position. Poor grades can often be offset by a strong self-presentation.

 

We support you in considering and implementing a career change. With many practical tips—from revising your written application documents to optimizing the application process and preparing for interviews, we cover the details. Just as important as a compelling resume photo are the right phrases in your CV that match your profile.

This individual coaching is also ideal if you need help creating or revising basic application documents and job searching. You will receive intensive, personalized support in your current application process, as well as individual interview training.

The coaching includes up to 26 units (UE) depending on your needs. The modules are flexibly tailored to your requirements.

The goal of this coaching is to assist you in crafting and assembling visually appealing application documents and to convince potential employers that you are the right fit for the job.

You will receive a certificate of participation and, subsequently, a USB stick with your completed documents.

  • Module 1: Creating and Revising Application Documents

  • Here, we answer your questions such as: Are my documents appealing? Is my cover letter convincing? Which certificates should I include? How long should my CV be? Is it okay to call the company directly? What criteria must the photo meet?

  • We also revise your existing application documents (e.g., updates after employment, revision of the cover letter).

  • Module 2: Application Training

  • We support you with your application by discussing and optimizing your application process, identifying the deal-breakers, and developing your individual application strategy for the future.

  • Module 3: Market and Job Analysis

  • We assist you with market and job analysis, showing you how to read job advertisements correctly and identifying which position best suits you.

  • Module 4: Interview Training

  • We assist you with the preparation, organization, and execution of job interviews, helping you transform blockages and interview anxiety into positive action. We show you how to recognize non-verbal communication during interviews and support you in preparing for assessment centers.

 

You will receive a certificate of participation and, subsequently, a USB stick with your completed documents.

Our nursing school is easily accessible and centrally located at Elberfelderstr. 84, 58095 Hagen. Soon, you will find us at our new, modern Health Campus in the old Schraubenfabrik. Here, learning will take place in a unique atmosphere.
