When you communicate with us via the contact form on our website, the data you provide (mandatory fields include name and email address) will be stored to answer your questions, provide advice, or fulfill necessary business communication.

Your email address and personal data transmitted within your email, such as name, first name, and phone number, will also be transmitted and stored if you schedule an appointment through our website. This is to accommodate your request for a consultation or answer your questions.

We process data for internal review or communication purposes according to legal requirements. Data will be deleted when storage is no longer necessary unless required by legal retention periods.

4. Online Registration

You can also register online for qualifications, training, and continuing education on our website. Mandatory fields for registration include course preference, name, first name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, invoice recipient, and payment method. A resume and corresponding documents may also be submitted.

We handle your personal data with care during the registration process. The data you provide will be used only for purposes related to your online registration and processing of qualifications or training.

You give consent to the use of your data by checking the box for acknowledgment and agreement to our privacy policy and pressing "Send." There is no interim storage if you cancel your entry process.

Your consent to submit personal data from an online registration extends beyond the specific training participation for 6 months. If no participation occurs, we will store your data for 6 months to consider you for other training opportunities.
